ABOUT US
At Bridge Hospice, we believe that hospice is not a place, it’s a philosophy of care. Rooted in compassion, dignity, and respect, our mission is to walk alongside individuals and families during one of life’s most meaningful and vulnerable times: the final stages of an incurable illness.
We see this phase of life not as a medical failure, but as a natural part of the human journey. Our focus is not on curing the disease, but on caring for the whole person, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Our interdisciplinary team ensures that each day is lived with as much peace and quality as possible through personalized symptom management, emotional support, and a deep commitment to comfort.
At Bridge Hospice, care doesn’t stop with the patient. We extend our support to the family and caregivers, involving them in every step of the process, helping them make informed decisions, and honoring the values and wishes of their loved ones. Whether they choose to remain at home, seek spiritual counsel, or simply want to be surrounded by familiar faces, we work to ensure those wishes are fulfilled.
Our team approach includes nurses, physicians, social workers, chaplains, aides, volunteers, and grief counselors, each one dedicated to helping patients live fully and comfortably in the time they have. Hospice care through Bridge Hospice is a commitment to creating space for reflection, closure, and connection, while ensuring that no one walks this path alone.
We are proud to serve Lubbock and the surrounding communities with heart-centered care that brings peace, comfort, and meaning to the end-of-life experience.
